Marketing4Restaurants today is very pleased to announce that we have completed integration with Stripe for our Free Restaurant OnLine Ordering system. This is going to allow us to dramatically decrease the amount of time that it takes for Restaurants to get paid. Stripe was selected because of the ease of setting up payments for Restaurants. The process had to be quick, simple and fast and with Stripe, and we are able to achieve this. Restaurant owners are able to take payments without setting up a merchant account. The payments for restaurant Online Ordering system that has been set up is set to become the preferred way that Restaurants take payments online, because of the low fees associated with it, the simplicity in setting up and the way that it allows Restaurant Owners to remain in control of their payment system. Founder of Marketing4Restaurants, James Eling, is in San Francisco this week to meet with Restaurants to find how they are doing online ordering and Restaurant marketing in general, as well as meet up with the team of Stripe. Online payments are a critical part of the online ordering process and it is critical that we ensure that we are working with the best, most innovative people in the world.
Improving Cash Flow for Restaurants
Cash flow is a critical issue for almost all Restaurants and we want to create a system that pays the Restaurants as quickly as possible for the food they have bought in, cooked, and delivered. We don’t think it is fair that some restaurants are waiting over 14 days for meals that they have already delivered. If your Restaurant is doing $5,000 a week in online orders per week and we can decrease the number of days until you get paid by 7, that effectively works out to be a $5,000 increase in your cashflow, which means that cashflow is lot easier to manage. Imagine what you could do if you had an extra $5,000 in your bank account. 🙂

Free Restaurant OnLine Ordering System a Game Changer.
5 days is a good start, but the team at Marketing4Restaurants expects to be able to extract further efficiencies out of the system that we have built to be able to further decrease that time. The Restaurant Online Ordering Payment System, combined with the Free Restaurant OnLine Ordering system means that Restaurants will now be able to take payments online on their own website, without paying per order, without waiting 2 weeks to be paid and without sharing your customers contact details with other companies. All of this is really important in finding new customers and turning them into repeat customers.
Payments for Restaurant Online Ordering
Restaurant Online Ordering Payments system have traditionally been complicated, expensive and taken far too long for Restaurants to get paid. In our Beta program which we are conducting with Restaurants across Australia and New Zealand, it was mentioned by many of the Restaurants as being a pain point, obviously after the amount of commission that is being charged to take orders on their own website. It is important that all restaurant owners look at how many days they are waiting to be paid for their online orders. With some restaurants doing $5,000 a week in online orders from their own website, (and some doing more), every day decrease in the average number of days is money in your account, money helping you with your cash flow. We have found some Restaurants having to wait over 30 days for their payments. This is just unfair and something that makes it very hard for a Restaurant to manage their cashflow.

Is Poor SEO Killing Your Restaurant?
Too many times we see customers with websites that are costing restaurants thousands of dollars every month through poor design, poor messaging and poor SEO. If your website could be improved to bring in 200 extra visits per month and just 10% of those made a booking, and each booking was for 2.5 seats on average at $50 a seat, you would have an extra $2,500 in revenue a month. A 30% food cost, that is $1,750 in profit extra a month. This ignores those customers coming back as regulars – which is more profit.
Remember, if these customers aren’t finding your Restaurant, they are finding your competitors.
