Wages are a big issue and labour saving devices are going to become more important.  We are seeing disruption across the industry but from some billion dollar businesses with unprofitable business models.  What will this mean for Restaurants?

A return to being customer centric business models, clearly defining the customer and what they want and focusing on delivering it in your Restaurant.

Decreasing profitability has been, sadly, a strong trend for the last 5 years.  We look at the reasons and some of the ways that this can be addressed in your Restaurant.
